Smitha Ramchandani Sweeps June 2007 Office Awards
MORRISTOWN,
N.J. – Debby Strott, branch manager of
Weichert Realtors' Morristown West Office, has announced that
Smitha Ramchandani has swept
the June 2007 office awards for Listings, Sales and
Production.
Smitha is also a
member of Weichert's Prestigious
President's Club for 2007. Awarded to the
Top 100 of Weichert's 18,600 sales associates, membership in the President's Club is the highest annual sales award bestowed by the company. Smitha also qualified for Weichert's Million Dollar Sales and Marketed Clubs.
In addition to receiving numerous awards for being Top Listing associate & Top
Producer during 2007, Smitha has been a million-dollar producer each year, earning the
Gold award in the 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003
& 2002 New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence
Sales Clubs and Gold award in the 2001
& 2000 New Jersey Association of Realtors State Million Dollar
Sales Clubs.
She holds a master's degree in Business
Management and is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) and a Residential Marketing Specialist.
