MORRISTOWN,
N.J. – May 2007 – James M. Weichert, president, has
announced that Smitha Ramchandani, a sales associate at Weichert
Realtors’, Morristown West Office has qualified for the
company’s 2007 President’s
Club. This is the 9th year in a row that Smitha has
qualified for Weichert's Prestigious President's Club.
Awarded to the
Top 1% of Weichert's 18,600 sales associates, membership in the President's Club is the highest annual sales award bestowed by the company. Smitha also qualified for Weichert's Million Dollar Sales and Marketed Clubs.
In addition to receiving numerous awards for being Top Listing associate & Top
Producer during 2007, Smitha has been a million-dollar producer each year, earning the
Gold award in the 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003 & 2002 New
Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Clubs
and Gold award in the 2001 & 2000 New Jersey Association of
Realtors State Million Dollar Sales Clubs.
Earlier this year Smitha was among the honorees at Weichert's
2007 Annual Awards Celebration, where the company acclaimed the individual performances of associates who helped make
2006 the best in company history.
Smitha is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) and a Residential Marketing Specialist.
